We Love Valentine's Day

As many people know, Chad and I got engaged on Valentines Day 7 years ago. We love Valentine's Day! This year we had a family date. Chad took Keegan and I shopping, to a late lunch at Olive Garden, and bowling. We had a great day.

They did not have any bumper lanes available, so we bowled regular. Keegan did pretty good. A little disappointed she did not get all the pins down though.

At preschool, they had a party. The most boring party ever. They basically had a regular class and made ice cream sundaes. Keeg does not care for ice cream, so she only had one bite!

Holiday Inn Splash in Dundee

On Sunday Nicki, Sophia, Brandon, Keegan and I went to the Holiday Inn Splash in Dundee while

Chad and Jeff went ice fishing from 6:30 am til 5:00 pm.

We got to the waterpark around 11:00 and left around 3:00.

We had tons of fun. It is really nice there, the perfect size for the little ones.

I made Keegan ride one of the big waterslides with me. She cried the whole way up and the whole way down. When we were done I asked her if she likes it and she said yes. We went on it 3 other times. We also spent alot of time floating around the lazy river. It was really fun to be somewhere warm and go swimming, even though it was inside.

Can't wait for Summer now!!!

Week of Birthday Parties

This past week we had 2 birthdays to celebrate. First was Ashlyn's last Saturday at Little Caesars. She turned 3 this year. Hardly seems possible.

On Thursday night we had Sophia's birthday party at Jungle Java. She turned 4. She is Keegan's best friend from school and daycare.

Here are the 3 amigos, Trenton, Sophia, and Keegan. They all go to daycare together. Trenton has been Keegan's little bodyguard since she started going to daycare when she was 2. Sophia and Keegan clicked when they were just 2 as well, Keegan came home and said there was a cute girl in her class, and that is how the 3 of them became buds.

The neat thing is that they will all start kindergarten together at Napoleon. It will be neat to watch them all grow up together. I am sure Chad and Jeff will be out looking for Keegan and Sophia many o nights in high school, and Trenton will be the leader of the pack!
