Thanksgiving Weekend

What a busy weekend, started off by going to Keegan's finger food feast at preschool.
The little 3 and 4 year olds are so cute.
Keegan had fun, and she loves when I get to go to school with her.

Then no more than I got out of work, Chad and I headed to the Red Wings Game.
That was a fun thing to do the night before Thanksgiving.
It was so busy.

We spent Thanksgiving day at Chad's family's house.
Keegan was so excited about Thanksgiving.
But, she did not like turkey or stuffing.
Needless to say, she ate corn and rolls for dinner.
Oh well.
We also celebrated Marc's birthday on Thanksgiving.
We won't say how old he is this year:)

Friday we spent ALL day shopping.
Keegan was such a good girl.
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and she thought that was cool.
Once again however, she ate a grilled cheese and smiley fries. No wings.
We told her when she turns 4 she has to eat what we eat.
I don't see that happening.

Then Saturday night we spent with my family.
My mom had the flu the day before Thanksgiving so we were giving her time to get better.
This is my Great Aunt Virginia.
When we were kids we adopted her as Grandma Virginia.
My Grandparents all passed away when I was very young.
I can barely remember them.

It was a fun weekend.
We can't wait for Christmas.

Busy Days

We have been so busy lately I haven't even had time to post.
Yes, we are crazy, we have our downstairs Christmas tree set up already.
We have not put out any decorations upstairs yet though.

This past Saturday, while the guys were all out hunting, my friend Nicki and I
took the kids, Keegan, Sophia, and Brandon to the outlet mall in Howell,
then to Jungle Java in Ann Arbor. The kids were so tired when we got home.
It didn't take Keegan long to go to sleep. However, she was so unsettled
when she went to bed, she had bad dreams. Not quite a night terror, she was
not screaming like she has in the past, but she was crying in her sleep.
Sunday, we rested alot.

As for ballet, she is loving it. She wakes up in the morning and asks if she gets to
go to ballet today. It is the cutest thing. Sophia is there too, but she takes tap in another
room, but Keegan gets to see her and that makes her happy:)

First School Picture

Here is Keegan's first school picture, preschool.
It turned out pretty good, she actually smiled, a little bit of a nervous smile, but it is a smile.
Today we are home sick, all them germy 3 year olds at school keep giving
her a cold. She is newly exposed to all these things and keeps catching them.
Seems like once a month we have a cold. We are going to see the doc soon though, she has a pretty good cough. She is happy to stay home from school today though:)

First Ballet Class

Keegan had her first ballet class tonight. We went and got her leotard and ballet shoes yesterday. She was a little nervous and teary eyed when we got there. She said she didn't like the ballet shoes. The teacher grabbed her and took her into the room. I got to watch thru a one way window. From the moment she got into class she was so interested and followed directions so good. Some of the girls were so naughty, but Keeg just followed right along with the teacher. The first week of the month the parents can watch. The recital is in May.

Keegan had fun Trick-or-Treating!
She wanted to hurry and go around the neighborhood
so she could go back to the house and hand out candy!
